For Eye of Horus Beauty founder Holly Schleich, beauty and breast cancer are not two separate worlds.
After being diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in 2022, the Byron Bay beauty founder experienced firsthand how much the smallest beauty rituals can matter when your body and everyday life are changing.
Now, the Australian beauty brand is putting that experience into action.

Throughout October 2026, Eye of Horus, also known as EOH Beauty, will donate 10 per cent of all brow product sales to Cancer Chicks, a community created to connect and support young women affected by cancer.
Brows can become surprisingly personal during cancer treatment. Hair loss can affect the eyebrows and eyelashes, changing one of the facial features we often take for granted.
For some women, drawing on a brow can simply be makeup. For others, it can be a small ritual that helps them recognise themselves in the mirror.

And that is where EOH’s partnership with Cancer Chicks comes in.
Beauty with a bigger purpose
EOH’s relationship with Cancer Chicks began following Schleich’s own experience with breast cancer and has developed into an ongoing partnership involving fundraising, community events, beauty masterclasses and collaborative products.
The brand’s existing EOH x CC collection gives customers another way to support the organisation throughout the year, with $10 from every purchase donated directly to Cancer Chicks.
The collection includes three pieces:
- The Daily Reset: A curated beauty and self-care pack designed around taking a moment to reset, reconnect and practise a little self-care.
- Take Care of Your Girls Tee: An everyday T-shirt carrying a reminder to know your body, look after yourself and take care of your girls.
- Comes in Waves Tee: A wearable reminder that cancer, recovery and life can come with good days, difficult days and everything in between.
The pieces are designed to be worn, talked about and, importantly, to help start conversations.
Why the brow campaign matters
The October initiative takes EOH’s existing commitment one step further by extending the donation across its entire brow category.
From 1 to 31 October 2026, 10 per cent of all EOH brow product sales will be donated to Cancer Chicks.
For shoppers already reaching for their brow pencil, gel or other brow essentials, it turns an everyday beauty purchase into a small contribution to a much bigger cause.

A partnership that goes beyond October
Breast Cancer Awareness Month gives the campaign an important moment in the spotlight, but EOH and Cancer Chicks are not treating it as a one-month commitment.
The ongoing collaboration will continue through fundraising, events, beauty masterclasses and community initiatives designed to connect young women affected by cancer.
Cancer Chicks exists to help women find connection with others who understand the experience of diagnosis, treatment and life after cancer.

That makes community a central part of the partnership.
This October, the simple act of replacing a brow product can therefore do a little more than tidy up an arch.
It can help fund the work of Cancer Chicks and support a community of young women navigating cancer.
And if there is one thing this partnership makes clear, it is that sometimes the beauty rituals we consider insignificant can carry much more meaning than we realise.
