Argentina are into the World Cup final after coming from behind to stun England at Atlanta Stadium on Thursday morning (AEST).
England went 1-0 up at the 55-minute mark when Morgan Rodgers played a beautiful ball which Anthony Gordon pounced on and put it into the net a metre out from goal.
Goalkeeper Jordan Pickford then managed to help England maintain their lead just before the drinks break with a brilliant diving save after a dangerous header from Argentina’s Nico Gonzales.
But by this stage Argentina were surging and at the 85-minute mark Enzo Fernandez fired an exquisite, long-range ball into the goal to finally level the scores.
