Four people have become instant millionaires after a wild result in the latest Powerball draw.
All four had selected the same number to score division one wins in Powerball draw 1581 on Thursday, splitting the $20 million jackpot equally.
It’s only the second time in the past decade that a Powerball jackpot had been won by four people.

Three of the four winners purchased their tickets through The Lott’s website or app, but the search is on for the fourth who bought their entry in person.
One of the winners, a woman from Nambucca Heads along the NSW mid-North Coast, lost her balance in a profanity-filled confusion when the call came from The Lott.
“F****ing hell! Oh my god. What the hell” she said, adding: “I think I’m dying. I’ve just fallen to the floor at work.”
“This is an absolute life-changer. I’m a very hard worker but this means I’ll be able to take some time off and work a bit less.
“I’m shaking!”
A second winner, a dad from the East Brisbane suburb of Murarrie, was about to walk his dogs when he found out he had won.
“I’m in shock. I was just about to walk out the door to take the dogs to the beach,” he said.
“I’m on cloud nine. I used to play the same numbers permanently but I found they never won anything, so recently I decided to change to a random Powerhit.”
The first person he was going to call was his wife who was working away from home to tell her she could now join him in retirement.
“I’ve just retired but my wife is still working., we’ll have to decide what she’ll do with work,” he said, adding it came at the “perfect” time ahead of Father’s Day.
The third winner, a from Berwick in East Melbourne, said he had already seen the result.
“I woke up at night because I’ve been having a tough time with my health and I decided to check my ticket,” he said.
“I then had to wake up my wife, we were so shocked.
“We didn’t believe it at first. We thought something was not right.”
The couple said they will use the money to pay off their newly bought home.
However, The Lott is still searching for the fourth winner who purchased a ticket in Sydney and haven’t been able to get a hold of.
“Despite registering their winning ticket … We have been unable to break the news with the elusive winner on the contact details provided,” The Lott said.
The entry was bought at Saigon Bookshop and Lottery in Cabramatta Mall, Western Sydney with the winning numbers: 19, 10, 1, 14, 11, 32 and 16.
The Lott has urged anyone who purchased a ticket at the store to see if they’re one of Australia’s latest millionaires.
